The procedures are quick and easy for all Customers. All Customers must apply in person by visiting our office and complete the application forms with assistance from our Customer Service Officer, while all Customers shall agree and accept the following codes and arrangements:
Read carefully, agree and accept all the documents and content including but not limited to [Terms and Conditions of Business Relating to Physical Precious Metals Trading]; and
Must complete all relevant forms [Physical Precious Metals Account Registration Form (Individual/Joint)] – A-Form 01 or [Physical Precious Metals Account Registration Form (Corporation)] – A-Form 02 and submit altogether with the following documents.

Original Identity card/Passport for all Account Holders/ Authorized Persons issued by the Government;
Recent original Address Proof document (must within two (2) months) such as utility bill or bank statement which shown your name and current address; and
Original Proof of Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, mainland China or overseas Bank Account document (must within two (2) months) Bank's ATM Card, Bank Passbook, Bank Statement or Bank's Reference Letter issued by the bank.

Original of all Directors/Shareholders Identity Card/Passport issued by the Government;
Recent original Address Proof document for all Directors/Shareholders (must within two (2) months) such as utility bill or bank statement which shown their names and current address;
Certificate of Incorporation Copy;
Business Registration Copy;
Memorandum & Articles of Association Copy;
Register of Directors & Register of Shareholders Copy;
(7) Original Valid Travel Document (Non-HK resident);
Latest Annual Return Copy; and
Original Proof of Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, mainland China or overseas Bank Account document (must within two (2) months) such as Bank Passbook OR Bank Statement or Bank's Reference Letter issued by the Bank.
(The Customer shall also provide other documents issued by the offshore government authority or offshore registered agent If the Company incorporated outside Hong Kong.)
All Customer information will be kept strictly confidential and only used internally by Customer Service Department for internal review and information verification to complete the account opening procedures. The Company will retain all copies of information provided by Customer for record purpose only.

All Customers’ Account will be activated once all the necessary application forms are filled correctly and all required documents are well received and checked by the Company. After the Account is activated, all Customers will receive a “Login Number” and “Password” simultaneously but under separate emails; so all Customers can easily login with their account number and first-time password to manage the following matters:
1. DAILY - To check the Customer’s account status from the latest CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT STATEMENT ; 2. MONTHLY - To check all the transaction records happen in past one month from the MONTHLY ACCOUNT STATEMENT which will receive in the beginning of each month; 3. ANYTIME - To change your account passport under the CHANGE OF PASSWORD area; and 4. ANYTIME - Download all types of latest version of FORMS online from our Company for Physical Precious Metals transaction. Note:
All Customers should be aware that 105% of fund, based on the market price of Physical Precious Metals x requested transaction quantities, shall be remained in the Customer's Account prior to any transactions. For the method of deposit, please refer to “Fund Deposit”. All Customers are advised to change your password when you login the first time into your account. If the Customer’s account do not have any transaction in the past one month, then NO Monthly Account Statement will be issued.
