FUND WITHDRAWAL

Customers should login to their online Account or call
our Operation Department on + 852-2891-1446 to check their current cash balance
Prepare the ID card or Passport copy of the Signatory together with
the completed “Funds Withdrawal Notification Form” and fax to
+852-2866-6804 or email to pmt@redfordholdings.com
Upon official verification by our Company, fund will be
withdrawn and deposited to the bank account of
the Signatory within 2-3 business days

 

    1. There will be 2 cut-off time in each banking day for handling the fund withdrawal. The first cut-off time is 11:00 A.M., it processes the verified application received before 11:00 A.M. on this banking day and those verified application remained from the last banking day; while the second cut-off time is 2:00 P.M., it only processes the verified application received between 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on this banking day. Any verified application received after 2:00 P.M. on this banking day would be handled by the next banking day.

    2. Our Company will only transfer the requested withdrawal fund to the bank account in the name of the same Customer. Our Company could not transfer any fund to any other third parties.
