All Customers should be aware that 105% of fund, based on the market price of Physical Precious Metals x requested transaction quantities, shall be remained in the Customer's Account prior to any transactions.

If the Customers use cheque to deposit their fund into our Company’s bank account, the available fund under the balance of Customer’s Account will not be shown and transactions can only be processed until the cheque is cleared. In addition, the cheque should be issued by the current bank account under the name of the Customer; our Company does not accept any cheque issued by other third parties not the .

For the convenience of the Customer, the Company also accepts funds payment via UnionPay Debit Card Transaction under the Customer's name and the Customer shall in person for completion of the Card payment transaction in the Company. For avoidance of doubt, any funds payment transaction made under UnionPay Debit Card shall be considered completed only after the payment has been credited to the Company's bank account and subject to without any return merchandise and adjustments requested from the bank for this payment transaction.

Our Company does not accept any fund received from any other third parties besides the Customer.  The fund should be remitted or transferred in the name of the same Customer.

Cash is not acceptable by our Company for any Physical Precious Metals’ transactions.

The Customer should select either U.S. Dollars or Hong Kong Dollars for payment and settlement of any Physical Precious Metals transactions.

Any bank administration fees or charges related to the fund deposited by the Customer would be charged to and shown in the Customer’s account balance.

If the final settlement amount of any transaction based on the confirmed price offers together with other fees is greater than the available cash amount remained in the Customer’s account, the Customer must deposit the difference before the withdrawal of the Physical Precious Metals.

Our Company does not provide any interest for any fund deposited by the Customer in their Customer's account.
